It should make sense that the decisions and actions you have taken are what got you to where you are, so if you want different results you will need to become a different person by making different decisions and growing, this will not happen overnight.

Take comfort in the fact that everyone goes through this same process. Nobody gets to the top of anything without this transformation.

Don't allow yourself to start over analysing this process. Don't start working out your 5 year plan, step by step. The secret is to worry about the next step in front of you only, then once there work on determining what the next step is.

I have to say it again, don't get bothered in regards to trying to design ten steps ahead of where you are. Consider that Rome was not built in a day.
