No MLM Duplication No MLM Growth

 Success in your home based business is not about your efforts, it comes down to having duplication.

To begin with we need to start at the beginning and explain exactly what it is. For most of us not only do we not know wht it means we have no idea how to achieve it.

Duplication comes down to getting your downline to duplicate your efforts and grow bigger and bigger and bigger (with or without you)... causing you to earn the very large bonus cheques, over and over again!

In this industry the quote "If It Is To Be It Is Up To Me" is the kiss of death!

There is not a person out there who can sponsor enough people to make the big bucks.

The dream of the mlm industry is to be able to create a business that expands and expands with minimal work required by you. Accomplish this and you will truly be living the lifestyle this industry promises.

But, this will never happen with out the magic of a duplicateable system.

The whole thought process behind duplication is keeping your activities as easy and effective as possible so that anyone with determination can do the activities and hence grow their own downline and in the process your downline!

An old mentor of mine pounded this into my head... he says it does not matter if it works... the main thing is if it is duplicateble.

He stressed regardless if you sponsor 100 prospects... if the method you brought them in to the business with was not easy enough to be duplicated by those people it was a complete waste of time. Since any organization won't expand past those team members.

Having said that I personally believe that some methods will work for some and other methods will work for others.

This is the reason I stress how crucial it is to continously stay on top of new sponsoring methods that work... lean each of the recruiting stratgeis available to networkers...

Definitly get good at the strategy you are best at, however learn where to send your people to learn the strategies that are better suited for them.  Do not get stuck being biased against other sponsoring strategies.  Everyone is different, encourage your team to focus where their strengths are.

Meeting people in the local market may not be for some...

There are networkers who love buying leads...

Sectiosn of your team may use the world wide web to build their business.

While some of your team may discover the magic of using facebook to recruit new distributors into the business...

The secret of success is encourage your team to do what works for them, this does not mean though that we allow the team to get away from duplication, always stress that recruiting must be simple.  Stick to this strategy and your business will pay you big bucks for a long long time!
